Dan Rather talks to his producer on a story on US troops in the desert. Note: actually we were taking a small lunch break eating the MRE's while Rather's cameraman was getting very sick--he recovered and was able to work. The tanks in the background are M 1 A 1. There was a herd of camels near by and the tanks went near the camel herd which produced a scene of tanks and camels. This footage was classic and used thousnds of times to illustrate stories on the Gulf War.
